Consumer dispute resolution (ADR)
In accordance with Portuguese Law no. 144/2015, consumers may refer disputes that we cannot resolve directly to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. For a nationwide online service, the competent entity is CNIACC (Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo): https://www.cniacc.pt. Consumers in other EU countries may also use the ADR entities designated in their own member state. More information is available from the Portuguese consumer authority at consumidor.gov.pt.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law.
