One brief = one project you run a client interview for, turned into a structured project brief. Re-running the interview or regenerating the brief for the same project doesn't count again. The count only moves when you start intake for a new project.

Yes. Every account includes 3 briefs, enough to try ReqBrief on real client work, with no credit card. They're included briefs in total, not a monthly allowance; once you've used them, buy a single brief or upgrade to Pro.

No. The €12 single brief is exactly for that: one client interview plus the finished brief, no subscription. The credit never expires, so you can buy one whenever a project lands. If you find yourself doing two or more briefs a month, Pro is the better deal.

Everything you created stays in your account, and existing early-access users keep full access during a transition window plus founding-member pricing after it. We'll announce the details by email before anything changes, as our terms require.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep full access until then. See our Refund Policy for details, including the EU right of withdrawal.
